Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and related task
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.Manage financial reporting in compliance with local statutory requirements and group policies.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and other statutory reports.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.Supervise, mentor, and train the accounting team to ensure high performance and compliance with best practices.Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.Collaborate with other departments for budgeting and forecasting activities.Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to coordinate with group headquarters or China-based clients / suppliers.Benefits
