JOB DESCRIPTION

Cultivate Safety Culture

  • Safety Leadership : Empower / support champion’s network and safety call
  • 100% compliance in leading indicators
  • Goal Zero : Zero preventable accidents, Zero TRI, Zero SVA
  • 10% reduction in TVA
  • 4 Safety Observation and 2 Commentary Drive per associate
  • Ensure team adheres to Ecolab Safety Driver Policy and VRM
  • Conduct Safety Moment for all meetings

Team and People Development

  • 100% key position retention and complete succession plans / development plan for HiPO
  • Organize quarterly area meetings and monthly 1-1 with talent bench
  • Appoint primary trainer for each new hire onboarding
  • Train Technical, CSP and VSP during the field trips and district meeting
  • Accelerate Growth

  • 15% Sales Growth (using ERA dashboard)
  • 20% GTW WON growth in CRM
  • Existing customer retention : >
  • 95% on repeatable (using RGG Retain)

  • 100% TVD participation in Relevant Customer Population (RCP), Pipeline 20%, Implemented 10%.
  • Maintain 3x opportunity in CRM Pipeline for 30 / 60 / 90 days
  • Implement Innovation – AIO, Liquid Cooling, PACM
  • Pricing, Margin Improvement and DSO

  • Pricing Goal – complete 100% Operation Plan Playbook by end Jan
  • To meet the DSO Target
  • Deliver innovation & digital
  • Drive Digital Revenue (service intelligence and water quality package) - $10k per rep
  • Achieve 80% E3D onboarding.
  • Grow MicroE PAC M business by 10%
  • Drive innovation & differentiating program

  • Non-P program- 15% growth
  • Small Cooling / AIO controller – 10 units
  • Liquid Cooling – 2 customers
