Requirements

  • Achieve at least Degree in related field.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and basic animation.
  • Creativity in using visual effects to engage and entertain viewers.
  • Ability to handle feedback and make edits quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, ensuring the content is catchy and engaging.
  • Edit content to fit within platform specifications and trends, ensuring IT is optimized for TikTok's or Instagram’s algorithm.
  • Use mobile-friendly apps (e.g., InShot, CapCut) to create high-quality, polished videos.
  • Work with content creators or the marketing team to conceptualize and produce videos that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram trends, challenges, and viral sounds to ensure the content is fresh and relevant.
  • Optimize video length, thumbnails, and descriptions to maximize visibility and engagement on both TikTok and Instagram.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and voice.
  • Adjust video formats for Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok, ensuring the content is mobile-optimized.
  • Respond to performance trends and continually tweak video formats for maximum impact.
