The New Role

Collaborating with cross-functional teams of IT, your primary role is to architect, design, and implement advanced messaging solutions to ensure a frictionless experience for the customers throughout the user journey and increase operational efficiencies. Leveraging the global messaging environment, you will be involved in service security, architecture design, implementation, access management, monitoring, and incident / problem management. There will be opportunities to work with the global team of in-house IT experts as well as external partners such as Microsoft, HP, and others.

Requirements to Succeed

• The successful candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field with a proven excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated experience in the management of complex implementations of Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols and document protection, classification technologies.
• Excellent communication skills as well as competent technical skills in PowerShell and VBScripts are mandatory.
• Ideally, you should be detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and enjoy working within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
