We’re looking for an innovative professional to enhance HR data and automate workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools. This role combines People Analytics and HR Technology, turning complex data and manual processes into scalable, actionable insights. You will strengthen our HR data ecosystem and drive automation that improves how our People teams operate.

Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Rebuild Tableau dashboards in Power BI with accurate logic mapping.
• Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards.
• Optimize models, apply RLS / security, and ensure data accuracy.
• Document sources, assumptions, and KPI definitions.
