Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to lead digital growth for Hoppi — a fast-growing global baby brand designed in New York and loved across 10+ countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and soon the US.

You’ll own our paid marketing strategy across META, TikTok, and other digital platforms — driving performance, testing creative hypotheses, and scaling what works across markets. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, working closely with our brand, content, and eCommerce teams to build a strong acquisition engine globally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across META, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms for Malaysia, US, and global markets.

Plan and manage campaign budgets to deliver efficient CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.

Build and manage high‑impact A / B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Partner with the brand and content teams to turn creative ideas into measurable growth outcomes.

Lead performance reporting and analytics dashboards to continuously optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with sales and eCommerce teams to align ad strategy with product launches, promotions, and market goals.

Mentor junior marketers and external agencies to build a world‑class growth practice.

Explore and implement advanced audience targeting, funnel automation, and remarketing strategies across regions.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fast-growing consumer or eCommerce brands.

Proven track record of scaling brands to $50M–$100M+ in annual revenue through paid media.

Expert in META Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (Google Ads, Pinterest, or YouTube a plus).

Deep understanding of creative performance analysis, attribution, and conversion funnels.

Strong analytical mindset — able to read data, spot insights, and turn them into growth actions.

Familiar with both brand and performance metrics — you understand how to build awareness and drive conversions.

Excellent communication skills; able to work across global teams (Malaysia, US, China).

Based in Kuala Lumpur, full‑time role.
