Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the Engineer and Production Supervisor in daily production planning and scheduling to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Collect, analyze, and record production data , including output levels, machine performance, and material usage.
• Monitor and report on production progress, identifying any potential issues or delays.
• Support the engineering team with technical documentation , preparation of reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports to track performance metrics and facilitate process improvements.
• Help in troubleshooting production problems by providing data and insights to the production team and engineers.
• Assist in the preparation of production materials , tools, and equipment required for the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics , to ensure smooth material flow and production schedules.
• Help ensure that all production processes comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Support with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products, ensuring that stock levels are accurate.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Engineer or Production Supervisor to assist in production efficiency.
