Collection Agent (MNC)
6months - 1 year contract basis
Hybrid work mode (2days in office and 3 days work in home)
3pm - 12 mid night

Must have bachelor degree
- Follow up with clients via calls and emails to collect overdue payments.
- Enforce company policies on payments, cancellations, and service suspensions / terminations.
- Handle and resolve customer disputes.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal controls and processes.
- Perform account reconciliations as needed.
- Escalate debt issues to the account manager or line manager when required.
- Work with order management, customer service, sales, and finance teams to resolve queries and disputes on time.
- Provide customer support on refunds, payment discrepancies, statements of accounts, tax forms, and payment history.
- Record and report customer account status through reviews, notes, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirement
2+ years of experience in B2B collections environmentExcellent verbal and written English communicationAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlinesKnowledge of SAP, Salesforce or HighRadius in AR environment is a great add-onJob Type : Contract
Contract length : 6 months
Pay : RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
