Job description

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services.

Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally.

Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Effectively promote and sell products or services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products based on customer needs.

Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and tracking shipments.

Ensure accuracy in order processing and address any issues related to orders.

Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
