Overview

IT Business Analyst – SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP S4C) at Hilti Group. Leverage SAP SD and SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud to drive process optimization, performance improvements, and support module implementations across a global landscape. Apply user-centric design, work with cloud and on-premise solutions, and use agile methodologies to support Hilti’s global product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into sustainable, value-adding solutions within SAP SD on the SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud platform.
  • Shape and implement Order to Cash (OTC) processes; contribute to end-to-end user journeys and create / update user stories.
  • Support backlog refinement, testing, and issue resolution in an agile environment; monitor solution adoption and provide post-implementation support via ServiceNow, managing tickets and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with global partners, contribute to the global Business Analyst community, and continuously improve ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP (Sales & Distribution), preferably with S / 4HANA Public Cloud and interfaces to other systems (e.g., SAP Subscription Billing).
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with global partners; multi-tasking, self-motivation, quick learning, and deadline-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work virtually with global teams; strong English proficiency; agile mindset and openness to change and new technologies.
