Job descriptionTue morning Wed morning Thu morning Fri morning Sat morning 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand awareness and market presence. Plan and execute promotional campaigns across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others. Prepare the design and production of marketing materials, including posters, videos, and digital content. Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare effectiveness reports for management review. Conduct market research to identify current trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Oversee and manage branding activities such as exhibitions, promotional events, and influencer collaborations. Assist in marketing budget planning and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or social media marketing. Proficient in digital platforms such as TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Canva. Creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Malay.
