A Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy to promote a company's products or services. This role focuses on creating marketing campaigns, overseeing the marketing team, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Campaigns & Coordination
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support promotional activities, events, and product launches.
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop marketing materials, advertisements, and content.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure ROI and brand consistency.
- Manage social media accounts, the company website, and online product listings to enhance online presence.
- Create and publish engaging digital content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and blog articles.
- Support content creation using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and other creative software for photo editing, video production, and layout.
- Monitor online engagement and use insights to optimize digital strategies.
3. Branding & Communication
Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines.Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and product information sheets for internal and external use.Support the creation of press releases, announcements, and internal communication materials to ensure consistent brand messaging.4. Event & Promotion Management
Organize and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and customer-facing events.Manage event logistics by liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.Prepare post-event reports, capturing feedback and data analysis to present to senior management.5. Reporting & Administration
Maintain and track marketing budgets, quotations, and financial records.Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.Experience : Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in marketing or related fields.Skills :Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar.Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
