Job descriptionGreet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products (frames, lenses, contact lenses, etc.). Explain product features, promotions, and after-sales services. Support basic fitting and adjustments of frames (training will be provided). Assist in processing sales transactions and handling POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas. Ensure accurate stock management and product labelling. Work closely with optometrists and dispensers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieve individual and outlet sales targets and KPIs. Uphold professionalism and product knowledge in all customer interactions.
