While previous Montessori knowledge or experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants new to the teaching profession who are keen to learn. Montessori training will be provided for successful candidates.
Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated role model for children.
Lead the classroom and deliver the Montessori curriculum effectively.
Engage children through Montessori pedagogy and positive discipline.
Collaborate with parents, staff, and external agencies.
Commit to ongoing Montessori training and professional development.
Support the school’s mission and objectives.
Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred).
Proficiency in English (required).
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 7 : 50 am – 5 : 00 pm (additional hours may be required for classroom planning and preparation).
Salary & Benefits
RM2,500 and above (based on qualifications, experience, and capabilities).
Montessori teacher training provided.
In-house and external professional training opportunities.
