Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Product Curation & Planning
• Own and maintain the Master Stock List (product codes, pricing, cost, suppliers).
• Propose and plan new product launches and reorders aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Work with directors to ensure product selection matches brand vision & campaign direction.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Designer to sync product curation with campaign visuals, themes, and storytelling.
• Purchasing & Budget Control
• Manage monthly / quarterly purchase budgets set by directors.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase products from suppliers and other vendors.
• Track supplier performance (lead times, MOQ, cost efficiency).
• Ensure best cost vs. quality ratio while keeping products brand-appropriate.
• Stock Management & Replenishment
• Work with Inventory Executive for common restock decisions, ensuring no store runs out of key SKUs.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items, adjust orders accordingly.
• Analyze sales data to recommend reorders, markdowns, or product pullbacks.
• Campaign & Collection Coordination
• Support campaign launches by ensuring right stock lands on time.
• Curate capsule collections or seasonal lines that fit brand storytelling.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure product availability matches campaign calendar.
• Reporting & Insights
• Provide monthly reports on :
• Sell-through rate by category / product
• Purchase vs. sales ratio
• Forecasting for upcoming demand spikes (festive seasons, campaigns, store launches)
• Advise directors on pricing strategies and margin optimization.
