Job Description – Retail Assistant (Crystal Shop)
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and introduce the meaning, function, and story behind crystals (training provided)
- Assist customers in choosing suitable crystal products (bracelets, pendants, accessories, décor items)
- Handle sales transactions : operate POS system, manage payments (cash, e-wallets, cards)
- Ensure shop cleanliness, product display, and attractive merchandising
- Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and replenishment
- Support TikTok live sessions / basic social media tasks when required
- Handle customer inquiries (in-store and online) and provide good after-sales service
- Work together with the team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the shop manager
