The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Designer to join our CVM team and play a pivotal role in crafting innovative marketing materials for our customer value management or lifecycle marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Campaign Marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging marketing materials for customer value management and lifecycle marketing campaigns across customer touchpoints.

Develop visually compelling assets including emails, landing pages, social media graphics, print collateral, and more, that resonate with our existing customer base.

Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design, customer lifecycle marketing, and customer value management.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

Ideal Profile Technical Proficiencies

Able to create static and video creatives.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and other similar marketing tools.

Familiarity with HTML / CSS creation & responsive principles designs is a MUST.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
