Job Requirement :
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
- Prior experience in social media customer support
- Engaging writing skills—you know how to make every response sound human, helpful, and on-brand
- Tech-savvy & adaptable—navigating multiple platforms is second nature to you
- Self-starter mindset—you take initiative and always look for ways to improve the customer experience
Be the first point of contact—respond swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Solve with confidence—understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.Collaborate & align—work closely with the social media and Brand team to ensure brand messaging stays on point.Stay sharp—track common inquiries, document insights, and help us continuously improve.
