Requirements
- Education : Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience : At least 1–2 years’ experience in payroll processing or HR operations, ideally in F&B or retail sector.
- Skills :
- Proficient in payroll systems.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise across departments.
- High confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.

Position Summary.
Reporting to HR Manager, the Payroll Executive is responsible for end-to-end payroll administration across various staff categories including full-timers, part-timers, and outsourced staff. This role ensures timely and accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, labour cost reporting, and coordination with relevant departments and external parties.
Key Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Payroll Processing.
