Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Manager to lead our content strategy. This mid-senior role will oversee a team of local writers, agencies and freelancers to craft and execute compelling public-facing communication that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions and brand building.

Prior Experience in SaaS is preferred
Fluency in written English and Chinese
Reporting to : HQ-Director of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Marketing Content Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy such as blogs, infographics, one-sheeter, etc. that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and enhances brand visibility as a conversational AI conversion platform.
- Content Creation : Create content as an individual contributor and also be the editor for various written content with different purposes from branding to education, including blog posts, press releases, occasional whitepapers, case studies, and company LinkedIn content.
- Project management : Manage agency, freelance writers, and collaborate with SEO and product marketing teams to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. Own the content calendar and content pillars. The project management focus is mainly for SEO content, and some ad-hoc content initiatives.
- Team Leadership : Provide training and coaching to a team of local writers, agencies and freelancers and wider marketing team as well.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the head of SEO, product marketing teams, and other stakeholders such as sales and customer success to create cohesive messaging and prioritize across all channels.
- SEO and Analytics : Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion (e.g., MQLs).
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and audience needs, utilizing insights to inform content decisions and innovations.
- Brand Voice : Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content, maintaining alignment with overall brand guidelines. Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as a conversational AI expert and addresses enterprise buyer concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field5-7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environmentSaaS experience is a mustBe result-driven with ownership of funnel metrics such as MQLs and SQLsRegional experience is a plusStrong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools such as GA4, Clarity, SemRushHubSpot CRM knowledge and B2B social media marketing is a strong plusExceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to coordinate between various teams to drive cross-functional initiativesFluency in written English and ChineseWhat We Offer
