Senior Engineer, R&D (Mechanical Design)

Venture, a leading global provider of technology services, products and solutions, is looking to add a Senior Mechanical Design R&D Engineer to be part of our R&D team in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and architect new highly-technical based products.
• Work with highly-qualified engineers to design mechanical components including plastic parts, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and create new mechanisms and subsystems.
• Innovate to achieve breakthrough in product feature, quality and cost.
• Execute design implementation and conduct performance & reliability testing.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis of components and assemblies using relevant tools.
• Devise test methodologies and conduct experiments to verify designs.
