What You'll Do

  • Order Processing : Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all requests are processed in a timely manner according to internal SOPs.
  • Customer Communication : Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism, courtesy, and clarity.
  • Issue Resolution : Identify customer needs and provide appropriate, effective solutions.
  • Customer Experience : Uphold a high standard of customer care to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience at every touchpoint.
  • Billing Support : Assist customers with billing inquiries, eInvoice-related matters, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Qualification : A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset : A genuine interest in helping others, with a solution-driven and courteous approach to all interactions.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling customer information and processing requests.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude : A collaborative spirit who works well within a team to achieve shared goals and maintain service consistency.
