Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree / ACCA in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3–4 years experience in accounting roles
- Fluent in spoken and writing English and Mandarin to deal with China and Singapore local clients
- Experience in Singapore Accounting / Audit firm is preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, and accounting software
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive working attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules of Singapore companiesAssist in timely year end closing accounts.Assist in preparation of compilation of financial statements and management accounts for clientsPrepare quarterly GST report for clientsHandle customers’ queries via email & / or phone callsMonitor customer’s accounts and queries replyPrepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations follow Singapore tax principles.Other ad hoc duties assigned by the CompanyBenefits
