The Role

This role is ideal for BIM professionals based in Singapore or those looking to relocate . As a BIM Engineer , you’ll contribute to the digital delivery of AEC projects , working on 3D model creation, coordination, and integration of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, coordinate, and manage 3D BIM models across architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to streamline communication and project coordination.
Translate design drawings into digital replicas or “digital twins” to enhance visualization and improve decision-making.
Assist clients—including contractors, consultants, and asset owners—in planning, designing, constructing, and managing projects using BIM tools and workflows.
Leverage emerging digital technologies to optimize project delivery and support innovation.

Ideal Profile

You hold a Degree or Diploma in a Built Environment-related discipline such as Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar BIM role, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit .

You are ambitious, driven, and career-focused , with a strong desire to grow in the AEC and digital construction space.
