Job descriptionAssist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance. Support system upgrades, patch updates, and testing when required. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of Windows / Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, servers, routers, switches). Understanding of cybersecurity basics (antivirus, firewall, user access control).

The company operates a manufacturing facility over 30 years in Johor Bahru.. This site focuses on producing and assembling a variety of tools that support industries such as construction, woodworking, and metalworking.
Job Scope :
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting system errors and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Support end-users with IT-related requests, including email, software applications, and security access.
- Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Perform regular data backup and recovery checks.
Requirement :
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
