Job descriptionEmployer Branding : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and communications to promote employer branding effectively through various platforms and channels, including career microsite, social media, recruitment events Talent Identification : Source and identify candidates who align with our company culture and business needs Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Offer Management : Drive the offer process, including negotiations, extending offers, and securing successful hires Onboarding & Integration : Guide new hires through our onboarding program for seamless integration into the business Employee Engagement : Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture Cross-Functional Collaboration : Enable communication and collaboration across departments to strengthen teamwork Culture Building : Lead programs that grow internal cohesion and reinforce our shared corporate values Event & Outreach : Organise company events and participate in campus outreach to attract future talent Min.
