GN Manufacturing Partner Quality is currently on a look out for an exceptional, openminded, devoted and hardworking team member in Malacca / Johor.

You will get your hands on the following exciting tasks :

Monitor the implementation of factory management system (FMS) in Manufacturing Partners.
Process Sign Off (PSO), Production line audit confirmation.
Drive solution of manufacturing related issue.
CAR & 8D follow up.
FPY & ECO implementation monitoring in Manufacturing Partners.
Coordinating Manufacturing Partners to perform regular verification test ensuring production quality.
IQC / QOC / OBA implementation and optimization in Manufacturing Partners.
Lead or join all Manufacturing Partners audits.
Drive continuous improvement action plans (for FPY and factory maturity).
Support key customer visits & audits.

A strong professional skill and communication and coordination ability individual, we imagine the following sounds like you :

Former experience in electronic products manufacturing is preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ quality management experience in electronic consumer products.

ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma knowledge.

Be skillful in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint…

Critical thinking mindset

Good communication skill

Organized and structured work approach

Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering discipline is must. Formal training in Quality System is preferred.

Familiar with the 7 QC tools method and tools related to failure analysis, such as FMEA.
