Preparing accurate monthly staff payrollResponsible for timely submission of monthly statutory payments to all relevant government entitiesPreparation of payroll year end reporting i.e. EA forms to employees and submission of IRB's Form ERenewal of licensing and certification i.e. CIDB, PKK, computer software, ISO and etc.Handling survey / statistic from external party i.e. BNM, government authoritiesResponsible for all HR administrative matters i.e. processing of employment letters and other related letters; managing personnel records; and maintaining company organization chartPrepare, update and maintain necessary company documents.Handle company license renewals related to regulatory bodies, local council and etc.Provide administrative support to various department when needed.To prepare tender documents compilation for submission.Identify, review, and analyze potential tendersTo assist in the pre-contract activities.Assist in preparing and submitting government tender documentsManage the tender submission process, including tracking deadlines and following up with relevant teamsPerform training administration duties such as maintaining training records, training plan, and collating the training evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of trainingJob Type : Full-time
