To manage daily operations of the Company and to issue Invoices for delivery;
To liaise and coordinate closely with Third Party Logistics so as to ensure that the goods are delivered timely to customers;
To coordinate and follow up customer orders, delivery etc.;
To compile sales and inventory reports on a timely basis and as and when required;
To coordinate between the sales team and customers, and to provide support to sales team;
To liaise and coordinate closely with all other departments' personnel to ensure smooth running of operation;
To ensure that all inventory and pricing directives are implemented by Third Party Logistics;
To respond to business trends and to provide relevant information to the Management; and
To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
