The E-commerce Marketing Manager will play a key role in this transformation — blending our rich history with innovative marketing strategies to bring a classic product to new digital audiences.

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance customer engagement across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

E-commerce Strategy Development :

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, creative, and customer service) to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for new product launches or marketing campaigns.

Digital Advertising Management :

Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and others.

  • Optimize advertising spend and ROI by analyzing performance metrics, adjusting targeting, and A / B testing ad creatives and copy.
  • Develop strategies for retargeting and conversion optimization to drive repeat purchases and customer retention.
  • Content and SEO Optimization :

    Oversee the development and optimization of content for the e-commerce site, including product descriptions, landing pages, and blog posts.

  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to enhance website traffic and visibility through on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
  • Conduct keyword research, track SEO performance, and adjust strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting :

    Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion rates, and other key metrics to continuously improve marketing strategies and ROI.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, sales trends, and overall e-commerce performance to senior management.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and refine tactics.
  • Email Marketing and CRM Management :

    Lead email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote sales, and build long-term relationships.

  • Implement automated email workflows for abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, and customer segmentation.
  • Work with the CRM team to ensure a personalized and effective customer journey.
  • Customer Experience and Retention :

    Monitor the overall customer experience on the e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and conversion-friendly journey.

  • Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV) through personalized offers, loyalty programs, and post-purchase engagement.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth through digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and customer retention strategies is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate in a competitive market.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of web design and UX / UI best practices for e-commerce websites.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
