Overview

As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our product offerings. Acting as a bridge between the company, the sales team, and our customers, you will ensure effective positioning, technical understanding, and market success of our products. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage product portfolios across various categories and respond to changing market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise and Development

Gain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned product portfolio, including specifications, applications, and competitive positioning.

  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new products to expand the company’s offerings.
  • Develop product-related documentation, such as training materials, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Sales Support and Enablement

    • Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Act as a technical advisor during client engagements, including product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and resolving product-specific challenges.
  • Market Insights and Strategy

    • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Provide recommendations for product improvements, new product launches, or discontinuations based on market research.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Client Engagement and Support

    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product trials and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis

    • Monitor product performance and provide regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
