Internship Operator Assistant – Live Management

We're a fast-growing TikTok-based e-commerce brand selling trendy fashion and lifestyle products. We are looking for Operation Assistant support our management and host to ruin ecommerce platform for betterment. Job Sumary : The Operator Assistant will support the execution of live streaming operations by coordinating with hosts, assisting live admin staff, and implementing instructions from the management team. This role acts as a communication bridge between management and the live team, ensuring all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Job Description : -Assist in managing live sessions alongside hosts and admins.  -Follow and implement instructions from management regarding live sessions. -Coordinate with live hosts and admins to ensure readiness before every session. -Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to all involved parties. -Follow up on live-related matters such as session issues, performance highlights, and feedback. -Arrange and attend team meetings between live hosts / admin and management. -Support technical setup and basic troubleshooting during live streams. -And other related task given.  Perks : -Real TikTok live operations experience  -Internship allowance provided -Exposure to fashion + e-commerce startup culture -Chill, creative, and supportive work environment -Potential full-time offer after internship. Requirements : -Open to Fresh Graduates and University Students (Internship placement) -Students or fresh grads in Bachelor of Mass Comm / Business / Admin / E-Commerce or related fields -Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin and Malay -Good communication and teamwork skills -Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced live-streaming environment -Punctual, responsible, and proactive -Internship commitment : Min 3 months, preferably up to 6 months or more than that based on university.
