Requirements

  • A must to speak and write in Mandarin language
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  • Preferably years of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Cheerful, energetic, diligent, studious and upright
  • Able to work 24 hours shift
  • Able to work on weekends / public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Timely handle and follow up the online customer consultation.
  • Provide excellent online customer service.
  • Establish good relationship with online customers and keep confidential information.
  • Assist the daily operation management of the department.
  • Process customer reports and validate customer records to ensure there are no error messages
