Overview

The Senior AP Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial services industry by overseeing accounts payable processes and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position requires expertise in accounting and finance to support operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to improve operational processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives within the accounting & finance department.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts payable or Accounts Receivable or similar financial operations from a mixture of Shared Services & Commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
