Internship AI Integrator Intern

AI Integrator Reports directly to C-level Role Purpose : Drive the strategic integration of AI tools across the company to : -Improve customer relationship and engagement via WhatsApp and other digital channels   -Enhance internal process efficiency and reduce communication errors   Key Responsibilities : -Work directly with the CEO to identify AI use cases for business growth and operational excellence -Implement and test AI tools to optimize customer service, sales, and retention — starting with WhatsApp and expanding to other channels -Design and refine internal workflows using AI to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency -Continuously monitor AI performance and ROI; recommend adjustments and improvements -Train and guide internal teams on effective use of AI tools   Requirements : -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Hands-on experience using various AI tools (e.g. chatbots, process automation, analytics) to address business problems -Good understanding of customer service and communication processes -Excellent communication skills; ability to bridge between business, tech, and people -Self-starter with a growth mindset [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-hatio-job-internship-ai-integrator-intern]
