Dig Dash Developer

HCL Technologies Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a motivated and talented DigDash Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities include :

• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve DigDash processes and reports when issues are encountered.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders from France / Lux and Malaysia when production or issues arise.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within visual outputs.
• Optimize dashboard performance and manage data refresh cycles.
• Support user training and promote self-service BI through dashboard sharing and documentation.
• Implement security and access controls within the DigDash platform.
• Participate in continuous improvement of BI practices, visual storytelling, and UI / UX design.
