Job descriptionManage a organic account Plan content calendar : reviews, how-to, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, customer stories Create content from scratch : concept → script → shoot → edit → publish Maintain brand voice : warm, aesthetic, emotional storytelling Grow followers through relatable, valuable, aesthetic content Research trends and adapt creatively to ATHALIA’s tone Shoot product videos, GRWMs, POVs, unboxings, and aesthetic B-roll Direct simple shoots with the team or customers Produce UGC-style content when needed Capture behind-the-scenes during campaigns, photoshoots, events Help brainstorm viral angles, hooks & messaging Understand the difference between organic & ad content Keep an eye on competitor content & industry trends Provide insights on what content performs best
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can edit high-performing video ads and run an organic content account for ATHALIA. Someone who can turn ideas into concepts, film it, edit it, post it, and grow a channel from zero. If you love beauty content, storytelling, shooting, editing and experimenting with trends — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
1. Create High-Converting Video Ads
- Film & edit performance-driven ads for Instagram & Fb.
- Craft hooks, storytelling flow, voiceovers & product demonstrations
- Understand how to communicate benefits clearly & emotionally
- A / B test creative variations to improve result
- Produce multiple ad versions weekly with fast turnaround
