As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll shape the future of Lee's by attracting and hiring top talent to support our mission of food equality. By developing innovative recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and fostering a positive candidate experience, you'll ensure our teams are equipped to deliver quality products to millions. Leveraging tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and artificial intelligence, you'll collaborate with hiring managers and the marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and drive organisational growth across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Sourcing Strategies : Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitor hiring activities to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and ensure unbiased hiring practices.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Employer Branding : Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Skills :

  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
