Job description

Assist an International NEW BALANCE as their eCommerce customer support. The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us!   Requirements : -Open to explore candidates who is strong in Arabic both written and verbal. -Language : Mandarin and or Cantonese, both written and verbal. -Fluent in English both written and verbal. -Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable -Customer-facing experience is desirable -Knowledge of client’s procedures and products -Ability to be resilient when dealing with situations [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-cpm-malaysia-job-new-balance-customer-service-ecommerce-mandarin-cantonese-arabic-speaker]

  • Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable -Strong communication skills and listening skills -Strong ability to work and follow defined procedures -Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills. -Competence in MS Office, phone and desktop computer systems -Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills. -Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills, Problem-solving ability -Excellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English as well as a second appropriate language (bilingual) native language to support the countries for which you are recruited to support. -Provide exceptional eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email. -Be an ambassador of the Sportwear brand by living and breathing the values. -Proactive about pleasing your customers; obsessed with making sure needs are met.
