Job description

Well-versed with AV, conference room and digital signage solutions.

Build professional relationships and network with new and existing clients to expand business and increase customer loyalty.

Prepare monthly sales forecast for management to review.

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

Engage with clients to cater to system needs and implement optimized solution to resolve issues.

Provide attentive service whilst maintaining a good rapport with clients.

Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

Conduct research and analysis on relevant technologies and identify market trends to propose to management.

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize market share.
