Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire operations of the company and related departments.
- Close coordination between Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Workforce to ensure overall efficiency.
- Optimize costs, productivity and service quality in each stage.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate daily / weekly / monthly KPIs for each function.
- Control service quality, including completion rate, ratings, and response time.
- Analyze operational data and implement timely improvement actions.
- Ensure cost efficiency and optimal utilization of resources.
- Transform management direction into clear action plans.
- Monitor progress, ensure business goals and service quality.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions to create sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service or tech / app‑based industry.Strong team leadership skills with proven ability in KPI monitoring and performance management.Data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.Good communication skills in English and Malaysian languages.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at bTaskee Malaysia by 2x.
