MNC Food & Beverage Industry , currently seeking a highly driven candidate to join as a

Beverage Expert, Southeast Asia , to be based in

Rawang, Selangor . Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating the company’s brand experience for bar, café, and food service customers across Southeast Asia by providing quality beverage applications, solutions, trainings, and brand activation support. This role requires regional travel to support teams and events across Southeast Asia. Provide education and training to internal teams, customers, importers, and partners in line with the company’s brand image. Manage product tasting / seminar / training / masterclasses and cost management (inclusive samples, ingredients, equipment tools and glassware). Work closely with team to support partners in managing company’s promotions and customer service, provide recipes development and beverage solutions, trainings to relevant channel of development to assure an important brand presence and development in the key markets & places. Develop recipes for different channels and applications (food service, bar, hotel & retail, cafe). Develop training materials and lead CSR training initiatives as the APAC lead and key contact, execution of trainings. 2) Business Development (SEA)

Work with the Sales Director SEA to expand the brand network and identify new customers and partnerships. 3) Marketing

Identify trends and support new product development and launch activities. Support SEA for national & regional trade shows happening in respective countries. Host plant visits and training sessions, lead regional trade shows, coordinate and participate in promotional events with advertisers, media and sales team. Develop content for social media (Facebook / Instagram) and contribute to trend reports with Beverage experts’ team and importer partners. 4) Reporting

Provide market feedback and competitor insights. Submit weekly business reports to Sales Director SEA. Participate in Asia regional business reviews twice yearly. Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bartender, Barista, or Menu Planner for chain accounts; prior training experience preferred. Basic barista skills. Able to travel for work.
