Job descriptionPreparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins and cups (inc : take out equipment supplies) Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs Keeping the work environment and working area clean, sanitary and organized Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service Develop new drinks and refining the menu Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) Prepare beverages following recipes Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators / storing space) Managing inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring bar / brewing equipment and appliances to ensure they are in good working order Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Previous experience as a barista and GOOD KNOWLEDGE WITH LATTE ART will be highly valued

Pay : RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
