Role Description
We are seeking a Campaign Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Campaign Specialist will oversee end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring timely project completion. The role also involves developing effective communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Director and coordinate with the internal teams to plan and fabricate marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and prepare a schedule for every marketing campaign.
- Supervise effective implementation of marketing campaigns, recommend changes and modifications to various campaign data.
- Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations to all campaigns.
- Prepare detailed list‑selection criteria and ensure achievement of all objectives.
- Maintain all data and update management systems for various campaigns.
- Supervise the response handling and assist in campaign information distribution.
- Document all campaign strategies and prepare all promotional activities.
- Assist Marketing Director to deliver marketing data and provide support to all campaign planning and marketing activities.
- Supervise campaign workflow and procedure.
- Perform troubleshooting on all campaigns to ensure quality of all programs.
- Participate in all pricing and planning strategies and assess inventory.
- Analyze systems and recommend improvements to all campaigns and prepare appropriate reports of all campaigns KPIs.
Qualifications
Experience in Campaign Management and executing marketing campaigns with a minimum of 3 years design experience in a digital marketing or entertainment industry.Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectivelyStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvementsProficiency in Project Management and ability to handle multiple tasksHighly organized with an attention to detail and problem‑solving abilitiesWork well with tight deadlines in a team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.Strong understanding of the digital marketing domain, including campaigns, owned, earned, paid and social media.Outstanding ability to understand markets, customer behaviour (B2B and B2B2C) and structure analysis.Advanced knowledge of Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta etc) and the ability to create and effectively manage paid media campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredSeniority level
