  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead and responsible the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for managing programme goals, scope, delivery plans, risks, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives. In addition, this role you will collaborate closely with project leads, workstream owners, and stakeholders to drive end-to-end programme execution, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical issues.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills, and act as a change agent to promote transformation mindset and behaviors across the organization.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Plan, manage and track Programme Goals, Scope, Delivery Approach, Delivery Plan, Activities, Risk & Deliverable in an effective manner.
  • Drive overall Programme planning and tracking of project milestones to achieve the desired business outcomes as agreed with the Sponsor / Steering Committee with input from the respective Project Leads and ensure the workstream runs according to schedule and budget.
  • Plan, Manage and Track workstream milestones and detailed delivery plans to time, cost and quality as defined by project scope
  • Lead in Identification, manage, escalation and management of key project issues and risks related to the workstream that project managers are handling, including seeking resolution and execute contingency / action plan to mitigate issues / risk
  • Develop risk management plan and mitigation plan with project team for issues and risks, proactively manage it with proposed recommendation. Responsible in inter-dependencies management and alignments across projects.
  • Review progress against plans, reporting progress to the Steering Committee and maintaining a project management file and document register.
  • Collaborate with other Transformation workstream leads / project managers to track and manage overall E2E project timelines / activities.
  • Identification and management of key workstream dependencies including dependencies from other in-flight projects
  • To provide consolidated reporting across all workstreams to key stakeholders on a timely basis so they are aware of the overall status as well as decisions required. Escalate to SteerCo / Programme Director / Workstream lead where executive decisions are needed, with analysis and recommendation.
  • Management of project stakeholders, team members and sponsor, To act as CE change agent and promote transformation change mindset / behavioural and share the knowledge of transformation priorities across organizationRequirements
  • Degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
  • 8+ years in programme / project management, ideally in transformation
  • Strong planning, tracking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Skilled in project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
  • Strong risk and issue management capabilities
  • Able to lead change and promote transformation mindset
  • Analytical and solution-oriented
