Requirements

  • Minimum education : Diploma and above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Required skills :  Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and BM
  • Detail-oriented, responsible & a team player
  • Strong problem-solving & coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Reply to customers via WhatsApp, email, calls & social media
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist the sales team
  • Handle simple admin tasks & keep CRM system updated
  • Help generate sales reports and documents
  • Support team to meet sales goals
