Mintel is seeking a motivated professional to fill the position of Administration Assistant.The role will sit within the GNPD Coverage Team which is responsible for the strategic management of our fieldassociate network in 86 countries worldwide, tracking market activity and trends in each of those countries to ensurewe capture the right products to build the Global New Products Database.
The purpose of this role is to assist and support other members of the global Coverage team on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be happy to provide administrative support to research teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project execution.
What You Will Be Doing :
Providing administrative support to research teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project execution.Check, verify and process field associate invoicesCommunicate with field associates when additional data, information or products are neededMaintain, Organise or Update Team Internal Website / Database InformationAssisting in ad-hoc team / research projectsAssisting in Trade Show process and logistics.Who We Are Looking For :
are a graduate with a diploma / degree in Marketing, Business or relevant fieldare fluent in English (additional SEA languages are advantageous)have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workhave problem solving skills and pay attention to detailsare able to multitaskhave strong organisational skillsthrive in a team atmosphereare comfortable speaking with contacts over the phone or face-to-faceare comfortable with spreadsheet applicationsWhat We Offer :
