Job description

Engagement for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Implementation in the manufacturing domain, requiring strong functional expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP PP/QM functional design and configuration during S/4HANA implementation
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional specifications (FS)
  • Configure key PP and QM processes aligned with business requirements
  • Drive integration activities with MM, SD, PM, and EWM modules
  • Support data migration, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces
  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and documentation

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP (MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Capacity Planning)
  • Strong expertise in SAP QM (Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Audit Management)
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle (at least 1–2 full cycles)
  • Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PM modules
  • Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred
  • Ability to prepare functional specs, test scripts, and documentation

Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or process industry projects
  • Exposure to global delivery model / multi-country rollout is an advantage
