Key Responsibilities

• To be assigned as a Team Member, undertaking assignment in SAP Implementation Project or AMS (Application Management Support Services).
• To adhere to established best practices, procedures, guidelines and compliance with respect to SAP FICO application architecture standards.
• To gather and analyze business requirements; develop appropriate SAP application solutions covering technical design, business processes and operations.
• To conduct a thorough System Testing covering the standard SAP features and non-standard; meeting the requirements stated in the Blueprint Document.
• To ensure the User Acceptance Test to be done thoroughly to the satisfactions of the clients.
• To set templates and to ensure Data to be uploaded to SAP system are of good quality.
• To conduct training to the clients; where possible.
• To adhere to procedures for SAP FICO application design, development and deployment.
• To support SAP FICO Applications; elevate complex issues in a timely manner to achieve / maintain user satisfaction. Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities. Ensure service level adherence.
