To develop and enhance budget template to to ensure the accuracy and consistency of project cost estimates.
To assist in liaising with vendor to obtain quotations for tender and project execution purposes.
To evaluate and analyze contractor quotations and support vendor negotiation and awarding strategies.
To ensure vendor's contractual compliance with project terms and conditions.
To manage vendor-related claims, variations, and change orders in accordance with contractual obligations.
To assist in the preparation of vendor awarding documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Responsible to ensure proper filing ad document control for various documents such as correspondence, sub-contractors’ progress claim and payment certificate, Main contractor’s claim, etc.
To apply creative and critical thinking to streamline internal processes and tools.
To identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation or digital solutions to support continuous improvement and enhance departmental productivity.
Any other task which may be assigned from time to time by the superior and management.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience or internships in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
